Monthly plans
A monthly plan tops up your balance for you. Each month we charge your card a fixed amount, add it to your balance, and give you 5% extra on top. Everything you run keeps spending that same balance, so it is one bill.
How a plan works
You choose a monthly amount. On the same day each month we charge your card that amount and add it to your balance, with 5% on top.

Your apps, databases, storage, email, domains and Argus all spend that one balance, at the same prices as on the pricing page. A plan is not a bundle of services: it is money in your balance, so nothing you run has to fit inside it.
- It all goes into one balance. There is no separate plan balance or bonus balance.
- Your balance never expires, the extra 5% included. What you don't use this month is still there next month.
- If you use more than your plan adds, nothing stops. Your services keep spending your balance, the same as today. If it runs low, we email you.
Starting a plan
Only the workspace owner can start, change or cancel a plan. Go to Billing, choose See plans, pick a plan and pay on our payment partner's page. Your card is saved there for the monthly payment.
Plans need a card: Nigerian cards, and dollar cards such as Grey. Bank transfer still works for one-off top-ups.
Your plan renews on the day of the month you started it. In a shorter month it renews on the last day.
Changing or cancelling
Change plan and Cancel plan are on the Your plan card in Billing. Both take effect on your next renewal date, and nothing changes before then.
When you cancel, you won't be charged again and you keep your balance, including the extra 5% you've received. After your renewal date you're on pay as you go. The extra 5% can't be refunded.
If a payment doesn't go through
Nothing breaks straight away. We try your card again the day after, then three days later, then five days later, and email you each time. Your services keep running while you have balance.
You can Pay now at any point, by card or bank transfer, or Replace card. Saving a new card takes a payment: this month's plan amount if one is due, otherwise a ₦2,000 top-up, which goes into your balance.
If every try fails, your plan is paused and you're on pay as you go until you pay. Paying restarts the plan on the same day of the month, with no penalty.
Plans and the top-up bonus
One-off top-ups of ₦50,000 or more keep their own bonus. A plan gives 5% extra every month instead. You get one bonus per payment, never both.
